Once you have completed the form below, you will be automatically redirected to our PayPal Course Payment page.   You have the option to pay in person the day of the conference (cash or cheque only), if you choose this option, please just close the PayPal payment page.

 

Cancellation policy:
A request for cancellation 7 days prior to the course a refund will be issues less a $25 processing fee.

A cancellation request received 6 days, or less, before the course, will NOT be issued. An invoice for the full amount will be mailed out to the address indicated on the registration form if not paid in advance. A substitute person maybe sent, please notify us of the change.

We reserve the right to cancel the course with full refund.

Once you click the 'SUBMIT' button, you will automatically be redirected to a PayPal billing page to pay the conference fee of $210/person. If you chose "Pay at the Course, you will still go to the PayPal page, however, simply close it and ignore!

If you are paying ONLINE for more than one person, you MUST change the quantity accordingly on the PayPal page. Eg. if you are registering 2 people your total will need to be changed to 2, and the total amount of money owed will change to $420.
